How we work

We're a purpose-driven scale-up, based in Amsterdam and active across Europe, with a diverse and international team. Our mission is simple: sell unsold inventory. Otrium values a healthy work-life balance. We have adopted a flexible hybrid way of working, encouraging our team members to come to our open, spacious, plant-filled Amsterdam HQ at the waterside of Houthavens at least twice a week. Full-time office presence is welcomed, and you're empowered to organise your schedule in a way that works for you and the team.

Your impact

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will contribute in optimising the customer experience, before and after an order is placed, by doing research, assisting in daily operational work and contributing in projects.

Your responsibilities

• Investigate opportunities to optimise the customer experience
• Ensure that our customer communication is aligned across all channels
• Ensure that our data is updated and analysed, and will come up with new initiatives based on this
• Be involved in supervising our Customer Service Team
• Perform day-to-day operational tasks
• Support the Customer Experience team with managing the different projects

Job requirements

• Enrolled at a University in the Netherlands (for the entirety of your internship)
• Studying a relevant degree for the internship
• Available from January/February for at least 5 months, 32 - 40 hours per week
• Living within a 1-hour one-way commute from our Houthavens office
• Flexible, curious, open-to-learn, tech-savvy, open for a challenge with a great sense of humour!
• Fluent in English - Dutch is a plus!
