Job Description

The newly formed CX & Data organization focuses on bringing data and customer experiences to life by harnessing the power of data and technology to create impactful experiences for patients, customers, and GSK.

We are a cross-functional team of creative, innovative, and accountable talent. The Digital Fuel Accelerator Team is a key pillar, executing digital-only customer experiences across the General Medicines, Specialty, and Vaccines portfolio in markets outside the US, without local sales, marketing, or medical resources.

We seek an experienced and passionate Customer Experience Delivery Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing analysis and optimization of brands across selected European countries. This role will also support the Customer Experience Lead by presenting key data and insights to global, regional, and local stakeholders to enhance customer experience and performance.

In this role you will:
  1. Support the execution of omnichannel campaigns for priority market/brands across the EU, ensuring timely delivery with targeted customer segmentation.
  2. Collaborate with Medical Affairs Managers to plan and execute campaigns, including user journeys and content planning across channels.
  3. Manage stakeholders and third-party vendors for flawless execution, including media agencies and regional/local teams.
  4. Implement content and campaign tagging to track usage and effectiveness, providing instructions across campaign materials.
  5. Analyze monthly campaign performance, extract insights, and recommend optimizations for management review.
  6. Coordinate with scrum teams to utilize global digital platforms effectively, adopting best practices and new functionalities.
  7. Forecast and prioritize content and activity demands with vendors to ensure timely campaign execution.
  8. Manage digital vendors and oversee compliance and risk mitigation activities.
  9. Develop and optimize a customer-centric digital framework.
Why you? Basic Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience with Rx brands at local or global levels.
  • Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent, with substantial experience in omnichannel content execution.
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Experience in content development and copy approval processes.
  • Strong internal engagement skills to build credibility and insights with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
