Role: Customer Experience (CX) Consultant - Contract role


Consulting Seniority: Consultant - Senior Manager


Day rate: £400-£500 inside IR35


Project duration: 3 months with likely extension


Location: Hybrid in London


We've partnered with a digital and business transformation consultancy who are seeking an independent consultant to lead a CX-focused workstream on a major Adobe transformation programme for a large supermarket to helping deliver customer personalisation at scale.


Tasks

  • Lead a CX workstream, likely focused on audience strategy

  • Facilitate workshops and shape solutions across complex business challenges

  • Build and drive programme plans supporting Adobe implementation and personalisation


Requirements

  • An independent consultant

  • Strong CX strategy experience; Total experience (TX) experience also relevant

  • Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Proven experience leading consulting workstreams and programme planning
