Are you a customer-focused professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent service? We're working with a forward-thinking organisation, recruiting for a Customer Services Assistant on a 12-month maternity cover contract to join their warm and welcoming team.

The Opportunity
Reporting to a senior team lead, you will play a key role in supporting the customer services function, ensuring a high standard of service delivery across both administrative and customer-facing activities.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, helping to manage customer queries, support operational processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across the customer services function
Respond to customer queries via phone and email, delivering a high standard of service
Ensure accuracy, compliance and data integrity in all tasks
Monitor and manage requests from external partners and suppliers
Identify process improvements and highlight any anomalies or delays
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Support reporting and tracking of operational activities
About You
You'll be a professional, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
Essential:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
