How you'll power our business as a Customer Experience Advisor

You'lldo energy right by all your customers, whetheryou'rehelping set up a new account in double quick time for a mother with a newborn or delivering innovative energy solutions for a national chain of retail stores. As a Customer Experience Advisor with Flogas,you'lltake responsibility for finding answers to every query and solutions to every challenge so that hundreds and thousands of homes and businesses across the UK have the energy they need, when they need it. From deliveries to pricing,you'llbe an expert advisor and a talented negotiator who gets things sorted in double quick time, no matter how busy it gets. And through it all,you'lldo right by your team, too, supporting them, just likethey'llsupport you.

What we'll need from you

• Experience in a role whereyou'veworked with your customers to solve their problems
• Proven experience of working in a busy environment, successfullyprioritisingand managing multiple tasks, whilst achievinggreat results
• Good MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail
• Talent for communicating clearly over the phone and in writing on email and web chat
• The ability to negotiate well and be comfortable working with numbers - from customer bills to pricing
• Drive to do right by your customers and your team
