Customer Experience Advisor - In-Branch & Virtual Support

Skipton Building Society is recruiting a Customer Service Consultant at the Reigate branch to 36 hours per week, supporting branch operating hours. You will greet customers, understand needs and provide information on our savings range, products and services with a friendly, professional service.

In this role you will maintain accurate records, engage with customers face-to-face or by phone, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient branch environment.
