Customer Experience Advisor - Hybrid Role

Sovereign Network Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle a range of queries, report repairs, and liaise with colleagues across the business to provide accurate information and timely resolutions.

The role requires a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and proficient IT and CRM usage. After an initial on-site period in Hertford, a hybrid working arrangement is available.
