Customer Experience Advisor - Hybrid, Repairs & Inquiries

Pinnacle Group Limited in Speke is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join our Homes Team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with complaints and queries, and ensure repairs are diagnosed and logged accurately in our IT systems.

This full-time role operates on a rotational shift pattern from 7:30am to 9:30pm, Monday to Sunday, with a hybrid model requiring two days remote and office days on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
