Customer Experience Advisor - Housebuilding (Hybrid)

Reconomy Connect, part of the Recycling Loop, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Housebuilding team in Telford. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling over 60 calls per day or equivalent emails, and ensuring smooth daily operations through effective organisation and prioritisation.

Initial full-time in the TF3 3BD office, with the option to move to a hybrid model after three months (3 days in the office, 2 days from home on a rota).
