Customer Experience Advisor - 6 Month Contract (FT/PT)

B&Q Collect Dumfries is hiring a Customer Advisor on a fixed-term basis. The role spans full-time or part-time hours, with 12-hour shifts available between Monday and Sunday, and a notional hourly rate of £13.10.

The position supports customers through online orders, returns, and next-order help, and also involves stock movement and stock system usage. Induction will be based in Carlisle, with shift work including weekends and bank holidays.
