As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience-serving with heart at pride. Whether you're loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic - we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
Responsibilities- Deliver products to customers' front doors with a smile.
- Maintain van cleanliness and readiness for next delivery.
- Assist team during busy periods by picking and packing online orders.
- Customer-focused and enjoy helping people.
- Team player who works well with others.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm.
- Willingness to learn and build skills.
- Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Good communication skills and a team mindset.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
