Responsibilities

• Load and deliver orders to customers in a timely and safe manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Serve customers and put them at the heart of the operation by delivering products to their front door with a smile.
• Keep the delivery van clean and fit for the next delivery (training will be provided).
• When busy, assist the team by picking and packing online orders.

What you'll bring

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings - no two days are the same.
