Job Description

Customer Consultants are the first point of contact for Virgin Money customers. They provide exceptional service, resolve banking queries, and promote digital services.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers to the branch and educate them on digital services.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide product/service solutions.
  • Collaborate with branches and Digital Experience Centre to ensure customers receive expert advice.
  • Apply customer first behaviours: empathy, honesty, continuous improvement, and ownership of outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Great communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Flexible and positive approach to meet dynamic customer needs.
  • Drive to achieve team goals with pace.
