- Work closely with partners and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proactively spot problems and reach out to customers with better options
- Manage complaints with professionalism and care, aiming to restore trust
- Keep bookings and orders running smoothly through effective coordination
- Investigate delivery or order issues and help customers get the right outcome
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Confidence in juggling multiple tasks and staying organised
- Experience in customer service, retail support, or contact centres
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
