Responsibilities

  • £30,000 per year

As a Customer Care Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Registered Manager with the efficient running of the care support team.
  • Ensure safe, effective, high quality care that responds to each customer's needs and preferences
  • Make sure our services respect customers' choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times.
  • Support business growth by networking with health care professionals to create packages of care for vulnerable adults within their own homes.
  • Care planning, risk assessments and ongoing reviews of current care package
  • Guiding and supporting Care Experts
  • Work effectively with customers, their families and representatives, other social and health care professionals and managers and staff from Bluebird Care to deliver high quality care services.

Requirements

  • A social care qualification (Level 3 or willingness to work toward it)
  • Experience in domiciliary and social care management
  • Great leadership, communication, and organisation skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and manage on-call where needed (additional pay)
