Hours: 36 hours per week
Role OverviewWe're seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer & Quality Lead to join our Quality and Compliance team on a fixed-term basis.
Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to develop and improve the customer experience and implementing strategies to support continuous improvement within the Housing Association. This involves monitoring the quality of customer-facing services and supporting change implementation.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a customer and quality environment, with demonstrated knowledge and skills in monitoring quality. Proven ability to support the delivery and continuous improvement of customer experience is essential. Excellent working knowledge of CRM platforms and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including data management, are also required.
