Customer Advisor for TradePoint - Part Time

B&Q Loughborough is hiring a TradePoint Customer Advisor on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will engage with trade members, listen to their needs, and guide them to the right products and services.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7:00am-10:00pm. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to develop through training while contributing to a great customer experience.
