Responsibilities:
- Support TradePoint members by engaging, listening and recommending suitable products and services.
- Ensure compliance with store legal and safety standards.
- Empower team members to manage stock and deliver customer experience.
- Provide expert advice to tradespeople to help them build, create and improve their clients' homes.
