Argos is a leading UK digital retailer, offering customers a wide range of products. As a Customer Advisor, you'll deliver the best experience when customers visit the store or collect online orders.
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
- Most roles are part time across weekdays and weekends, scheduled to fit your availability.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, shop floor screens, and the collection counter.
- Collect products from the stock area, take payments, provide details on financial services for certain products, and process refunds.
- Maintain a neat stock room and restock products from deliveries.
- Assist customers on the shop floor with questions and product advice.
- Build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to offer recommendations.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Friendly and welcoming with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
- Comfortable discussing financial services when customers purchase certain products.
- Thrives in a fast paced, physical, high energy environment and works well as part of a team.
- Ready to work flexibly and productively across the store when needed; fully trained in a variety of skills.
- Embraces new digital tools and technology.
- Maintains attention to detail, keeping the store clean and clutter free.
