Culture, Change & Inclusion Manager needed in Northampton Paying £25.50 per hr ref 376826

Full time hours on a temporarybasis

Key Responsibilities DEI Programme Delivery and Culture Change
  • Lead the delivery and implementation of organisation-wide DEI programmes and culture change initiatives.
  • Drive cultural transformation by embedding inclusive behaviours, practices and ways of working across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement action plans that support equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Ensure DEI strategies translate into tangible outcomes and long-term organisational improvements.
  • Identify barriers to inclusion and develop practical solutions to address them.
Stakeholder Engagement and Influencing
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on DEI, inclusion and culture change to senior leaders and managers.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Influence decision-making at senior levels to ensure DEI remains a strategic priority.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings and engagement activities to embed inclusive practices.
  • Support leaders in developing inclusive leadership capabilities.
Governance, Performance and Reporting
  • Develop and maintain frameworks for measuring the impact of DEI and culture change initiatives.
  • Monitor progress against agreed objectives, targets and action plans.
  • Analyse workforce and organisational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Produce high-quality reports, presentations and briefing papers for senior leadership teams and governance boards.
  • Present recommendations and insights to support evidence-based decision-making.
Policy and Continuous Improvement
  • Review and develop policies, practices and processes to promote equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
  • Benchmark organisational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of staff networks, employee engagement initiatives and inclusion campaigns.
