CTO

We are looking for a CTO to support the growth of our consulting business in Europe.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, consulting, and business development, helping design and position high-value IT solutions for enterprise clients.

You will work closely with sales, clients, and delivery teams to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions across areas such as software engineering, cloud, data, and digital transformation.

Your role

You will play a key role in the sales and solution definition process, helping structure consulting engagements including:

• Staff augmentation;
• Agile squads;
• Managed services;
• End-to-end digital delivery projects;

You will engage directly with CTOs, engineering leaders, and enterprise architects, bringing technical credibility and helping shape the right solution for each client.

Key responsibilities

Client engagement

• Participate in discovery meetings with enterprise clients;
• Understand business needs, technical challenges, and transformation goals;

Solution design

• Define delivery models and team structures;
• Design scalable and pragmatic technical approaches;

Pre-sales support

• Support the preparation of technical proposals and SOWs;
• Contribute to RFP responses and client presentations;

Internal collaboration

• Work closely with sales, recruitment, and delivery teams;
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery capability.

What we are looking for

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or IT consulting;
• Experience working with enterprise clients;
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices;
• Experience designing or supporting technology consulting engagements;
• Ability to communicate with both technical teams and business stakeholders;
• Experience in consulting companies or system integrators is highly valued.
