EVRi Croydon Delivery Unit is hiring a Delivery Team Trainer to help new self-employed couriers feel confident from Day 1. This fixed-term, full-time role is based locally in Croydon and requires a proactive, people-focused approach to onboarding and app setup.

You'll welcome couriers on arrival, guide them through the courier delivery app, show how to scan, load and prepare for their first deliveries, and connect them with key local contacts.
