What you'll be doing

• Own the execution and optimization of customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimiser.
• Execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels to nurture and retain customers for Spring and Paragon brands.
• Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives in collaboration with the CRM marketing manager.
• Build and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify improvements.
• Contribute to customer segmentation and support the generation of regular performance reports.

What you'll bring to the team

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with CRM tools such as Adobe Journey Optimiser, Campaign, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and campaign performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

Working hours

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office on designated days.
