The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team strives to deliver personalised, omni-channel experiences that deepen the connection between MOO and its customers. Each touch point is an opportunity to deliver remarkable experiences for customers, while building greater lifetime value potential for MOO.
MOO is seeking a proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and work efficiently with key stakeholders to drive the value of both new and returning customer base fostering trust and loyalty.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced email marketer. This person must be a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and work efficiently with key stakeholders to deliver insights-driven marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will report to the CRM marketing manager and work closely with marketing, e-commerce, customer services, and creative teams. They will drive and implement CRM marketing initiatives with a focus on emails.
Responsibilities- Execute the marketing email strategy for MOO customers through the full production process. This means planning with wider CRM marketing and content teams, assisting with creative briefs, creating campaigns in MOO's marketing automation software, building audience segments, circulating proofs and collecting feedback from key stakeholders.
- Aid in the development of the customer marketing calendar, and forecasting performance based on past campaign results.
- Maintain productive cross-functional relationships and manage expectations with various stakeholders in the business.
- Measure and summarise campaign results with data available from the marketing automation platform (Braze) and analytics tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics. Provide insightful engagement and revenue analysis, providing learnings that will help inform future strategies.
- Study the key variables that impact email and returning customer performance to optimise messaging and segment strategy.
- Strive to improve all email marketing efforts while staying abreast of industry best practices and developing technology.
- Suggest testing strategies that drive increased conversion, engagement and lifetime value.
- Assist in related CRM operational efforts, including copy translations, and maintaining functionality of marketing automation software.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a marketing role at entry or mid level.
- Possesses understanding of email marketing and executing insights-driven marketing campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management experience and a desire to collaborate cross-functionally, as this person will need to work with several other departments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey marketing plans and results to all levels of the organisation
- Experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create brand affinity
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of organisation and accuracy
- Experience using BRAZE (Desirable) or another major marketing automation provider (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign, Emarsys, Cordial, Klaviyo, Hubspot, etc.)
- Some HTML experience, able to identify coding issues that may cause rendering problems in emails
- Experience using Braze marketing automation platform
