Where and how we work?We currently have teams based in Malta, Lisbon (Portugal), Sofia (Bulgaria), London (UK) and Bucharest (Romania). Our hybrid work model encourages regular in-person collaboration while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.
Long story short, you willwill be part of our managed services team, supporting external client(s) in driving player engagement and retention. The role involves designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns, applying smart segmentation to target the right audiences at the right time, and monitoring performance to continuously optimize results.
Collaboration with client stakeholders and internal teams will be key to ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and deliver measurable impact. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and creative, who is motivated to enhance how our clients engage with their players.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, onsite messaging)
Segment player databases and target communications based on player activity and lifecycle stage
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery
Support A/B testing and campaign optimization initiatives
Maintain CRM tools and ensure data accuracy
1-3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or digital role
Familiarity with CRM platforms, campaign management tools, and customer segmentation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent command of English language, especially written (native English preferred)
