An award-winning professional services firm is seeking a CRM Manager to join their London office. The firm is looking for an experienced CRM professional to drive their CRM and marketing automation tools, including training, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role will be part of the Marketing Data & Operations Team within the busy Marketing & BD department.

Responsibilities:

• Project-manage quarterly function releases and coordinate work according to the release plan.
• Collaborate with the core CRM team to log and prioritize bugs and issues with sales and marketing systems.
• Support junior team members with queries, escalating to the Senior Data Manager when necessary.
• Work with reporting executives to analyze user behaviors and assess functionality effectiveness.
• Promote CRM adoption through internal communications and training initiatives.
• Assist the Senior Marketing Data / Ops manager with firm-wide reporting and MarTech stack development.
• Collaborate with the data/ops team and the Business Development team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Understanding of professional services and/or partnership structures.
• Proven experience in a CRM-focused role, ideally within professional or financial services firms.
• Technical knowledge of marketing and analytics technologies, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
