As a CRM Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering engaging cross-channel campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve setting up and deploying email marketing campaigns, utilising data and insights to optimise campaign performance, and brainstorming innovative ideas to enhance our CRM strategies.

What you'll be doing:
Key responsibilities will include the delivery of New Look cross channel marketing communications delivery, weekly reporting, and analytics, and assisting the CRM team with ad hoc email and CRM projects. This role will suit a confident multi-tasker who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and has a strong interest in digital marketing, specifically driving customer retention.
This will include:
- Set up and deploy email marketing campaigns: Craft engaging email campaigns from start to finish. Your expertise will guide these campaigns through every stage, ensuring they captivate our audience and drive results.
- Utilise insight, data, and competitor knowledge: Navigate through data to uncover valuable insights that inform our marketing strategies. By keeping an eye on competitors, you'll help us stay ahead of the curve and deliver campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Generate new innovative ideas for CRM testing plan: Let your creativity shine as you brainstorm fresh ideas to enhance our CRM testing efforts. By experimenting with new approaches, we can discover what resonates most with our audience and refine our strategies accordingly.
- Briefing, building, amending, and maintaining all customer campaigns: Oversee the entire process for New Look customer email campaigns with precision and care. Your attention to detail will ensure that each campaign is executed flawlessly and delivers the intended message to our audience.
- Assist CRM team on strategic CRM projects: Collaborate with our CRM team to support strategic initiatives and projects. Your contributions will help us optimise our CRM efforts and strengthen our relationships with customers.
- Owning reporting, ensuring dips or spikes in performance are noted: Take ownership of performance reporting and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Omni-channel focus to ensure campaigns target customers across email and push: Ensure our campaigns have a cohesive presence across all channels to reach customers wherever they are. Your holistic approach will help us create seamless experiences for our audience across email and push notifications.
- Utilising CRM tools such as Emarsys, Adobe & Odicci to drive customer engagement and optimised campaign performance: Leverage your platform knowledge to deliver targeted, personalised & engaging communications that enhance customer experiences and support business objectives.
Who you are:
- +2 years' experience in Digital and CRM, specifically using CRM platforms (Emarsys knowledge a plus)
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
- Pro-active and able to work off your own initiative.
- Methodical, logical, organised and calm under pressure
- Works effectively and pro-actively in a team
- A proactive attitude and must be able to thrive in a varied and fast paced environment Incredibly motivated, driven, and detail orientated
- Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of the role
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
