Job Description
Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a CRM Consultant for an initial 12 month contract, working approximately 1-2 days a month on average, on a rate of c.£500 - £550/day (Outside IR35). This role will be remote working; however, will need to attend the Edinburgh office when required.
Responsibilities:
- The organisation is implementing Microsoft Dynamics as a new organisation wide CRM, including management of 175,000 members. A CRM Consultant is required on the organisation side to assist in the implementation.
Essential Skills:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and experience of implementations with not-for-profit organisations
- Experience of implementing Click Marketing Automation
- Experience in implementation and best practise of PowerBI reports
- Understanding of ticketing systems such as Gateway Galaxy
- Experience of integrating Microsoft Dynamics with ticketing systems
- Excellent communicator. Ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels across the organisation and adjust your approach to fit the requirements of your audience
- Ability to hit the ground running, a self-starter
- Ability to develop people by supporting colleagues and team members to develop their skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation for a membership scheme (including Direct Debit management and Gift Aid)
