CRM Campaigns Specialist - Drive Engagement & Growth

The Fragrance Shop in Manchester is seeking a CRM Assistant to support day-to-day CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push, working with the CRM Manager and wider marketing team to deliver accurate, timely communications.

You will help drive customer engagement and revenue growth, contribute to testing and optimisation, and receive Bloomreach CRM training while enjoying flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home days.
