CRM & Retention Specialist - Email, SMS & Push

Sculpted by Aimee is seeking a proactive Assistant CRM Manager to drive CRM, email marketing, and retention initiatives across the UK and Ireland. You will own campaign planning, segmentation, and channel ownership, with responsibility for app push, SMS, and in-app messaging within a fast-growing beauty brand.

You'll work with Klaviyo, Shopify and data platforms, collaborating with marketing and ecommerce teams, while supporting growth strategies and retention metrics across channels.
