Role OverviewThe appointed candidate will handle a range of contentious criminal law matters and prosecutions, conduct court advocacy, and provide advisory services for a diverse client base on complex and sensitive issues.
Candidate Requirements- This organisation welcomes applications from Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales. Applicants must have resided in the UK for at least five years.
- Ideal candidates will have approximately 2 years' experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions, with a strong commitment and enthusiasm for this practice area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making abilities.
You will receive comprehensive support during induction, including dedicated mentoring and on-the-job training to facilitate a smooth transition into your new role. A competitive benefits package is offered, with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
