Credit Risk Decisioning Lead - Inside IR5

A Credit Risk Decisioning Lead is required for an initial 12 month contract. This role is inside IR35 and will require working via an FCSA accredited umbrella company.

Key Skills and Experience:

*Experienced in building Complex credit systems with high level controls
*Skilled at coaching and mentoring.
*Experienced in building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
*Experienced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
*Qualified to degree level, or equivalent experience
*Significant experience in collaborating with internal/external technical areas and suppliers to deliver robust automated decision making platforms.
*Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
*Significant experience leading a team in a fast moving environment including; effective resource management, positive behaviours and development to build capabilities.
*Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience
*Specialist knowledge of credit systems
*Good knowledge of the banking/financial services sector
*Knowledge of third party software SDS & Triad is desirable
*Good logical approach to problem-solving in relation to both technical and business issues.
*Good understanding of business analysis and project management principles.
