SF Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established and successful business on a permanent basis.

As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts and ensuring outstanding debt is collected effectively and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email
• Managing allocated debtor accounts in line with Credit Control procedures
• Sending weekly and monthly customer statements
• Completing daily cash allocation
• Managing and responding to Credit Control mailbox queries
• Investigating account queries and working with internal teams to resolve issues
• Preparing outstanding debt queries for managers
• Participating in regular debt review meetings
• Liaising with other departments to support debt collection
• Building strong relationships with customers to encourage prompt payment

• Previous Credit Control experience
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Good Excel and data entry skills
• A proactive and driven approach to debt collection
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
