About the role

The Credit Control Team is responsible for diplomatically collecting debt in line with contracted Client credit terms, removing obstacles to ensure collections.

To succeed, you need to be passionate, professional, and comfortable in a high-pressure environment. This varied role involves reporting, reconciliation, leading the Accounts Receivable Team, and primarily collecting late payments to reduce Flight Centre's risk.

What we require

  • 3 years of credit control experience
  • Team player
  • Promoting customer satisfaction while ensuring cash collection in line with payment terms
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • MS Dynamics experience is essential
