Description

• Manage and maintain accurate client accounts, ensuring timely payments are received.
• Monitor outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare and distribute client statements and account reconciliations.
• Resolve client queries related to invoices and payments in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and improve processes.
• Provide regular updates on account statuses and outstanding payments to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to manage financial data effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
