- Managing and developing a team of two experienced Credit Controllers
- Driving the development and implementation of a new credit control platform
- Handling customer excess disputes and supporting invoice adjustments
- Overseeing daily BACS postings across multiple remits
- Reconciling accounts and supporting new account transitions and rate changes
- Leading projects such as the rollout of HubSpot and workflow automation
- Resolving complex account queries, including those up to litigation
- Building more efficient processes and supporting transformation initiatives
- Previous experience in a similar role (Senior Credit Controller, Credit Control Team Leader, Credit Manager, Collections Manager, Accounts Receivable Manager)
- Strong background in high-volume, low-value credit control environments
- Proven ability to upskill and motivate teams, ideally with transformation project experience
- Down-to-earth, approachable style with excellent people management skills
- QBE or equivalent experience
- Confident using Sage InTact and intermediate Excel skills
