Credit Claims Specialist

Cencora is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to enable timely processing of credit claims for the full-service business. You will log shortages, liaise with credit controllers, and ensure accurate documentation and communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include updating claims progress in the ERP system, chasing for missing information, and coordinating with Operations and Returns to secure credits and improve cash flow.
