ROLE
The role will be responsible for fully executing influencer marketing programs for key client partners. This includes recruiting relevant influencers for campaigns, managing content creation, ensuring creative and brand direction is implemented and brand objectives are met. You'll be the first key hire in a major growth area of the business, working closely with the leadership team and with regular exposure to the CEO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own influencer outreach and shortlisting for live deals and to input into high priority pitches
Manage all communication with influencers for live deals (including negotiation on rates, contracting, feedback and quality control of content and collecting relevant insights)
Be the day-to-day point of contact on live deal execution for clients and internal stakeholders
Contribute to creative and influencer strategy ideation
Manage the content calendar and content distribution strategy
Own the delivery of campaign reporting, including analysis on campaign performance
Identify and implement key tools to improve content marketing processes and workflows
Put in place best-in-class process and systems to help us scale smoothly
REQUIREMENTS
At least five years' relevant experience working in influencer management within an agency or brand setting
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube), key influencer channels (e.g. newsletters, broadcast channels) and content formats (e.g. Reels, Stories, videos) - including a detailed understanding of key benchmark KPIs to consider for each channel
Highly organized, detailed oriented and responsive.
Strong interest in and knowledge of influencer marketing and the latest trends in the creator space.
Ability to communicate in a confident and structured manner to internal stakeholders and clients
JOB TYPE: Six month contract (likely opportunity to extend or go full-time)
LOCATION: London, Bond Street Station, three days per week in-office, two days home-working
