You'll be the single design resource within the team, producing high-quality digital and print assets while supporting a busy and collaborative marketing function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied, hands-on creative environment and enjoys owning the artwork process from brief to delivery.Key Responsibilities

• Apply and uphold newly refreshed brand guidelines across all design output
• Produce accurate, polished artwork for digital, print, event and marketing materials
• Act as the team's sole artwork and design specialist
• Support the wider marketing and events team with day-to-day creative requirements
• Adapt and develop templates to meet evolving business needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver effective solutions
• Maintain visual consistency across all channels and touchpoints

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Creative Artworker, Artworker or similar role
• Must have worked in-house within Professional Services
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
• Confident working independently and managing multiple deadlines
• Strong communication and organisational skills
