CPC appoints Regional Director for Birmingham: Matthew Game. Matthew brings a wealth of consultancy experience across a number of sectors, particularly in rail where he has worked for the last 15 years.
Previously delivering projects in the West Midlands for Network Rail (NR), HS2, Birmingham International Station as well as Arcadis' Birmingham Office Lead for Rail, Matthew has a results driven approach to deliver on both infrastructure and operational programmes.
Most recently, Matthew delivered on NR's Project Brunel performance improvement project from Paddington to Reading, HS2's Phase 1 Design & Construct Works Packages and supported the Curzon Street station and Oakervee Reviews.
Matthew is an APM Chartered Project Professional and an advocate for APM's Midlands Branch to drive the profession forward in the areas of project and programme management, commercial negotiation, project planning, and stakeholder engagement.
