We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join the existing Cover team within St George's Academy.

The successful candidate will be required to cover and supervise students and their work when a teacher is absent.

• Be able to motivate and inspire pupils
• Have experience of working with children and managing behaviour
• Have good attention to detail
• Be keen to learn and develop their skills
• Have a flexible and committed to supporting the work ethos of the Academy
• Have a good level of ICT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, mail merge and other ICT packages.
• Hold a minimum of 2 GCSE's to include English and Maths from grade 9-4 (A -C) or equivalent or be able to demonstrate a willingness to work towards achieving these qualifications.

Previous experience within education would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
