The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key part in keeping the school day running smoothly by:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students to stay on task and engaged
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

You'll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience working with young people (school, coaching, mentoring, youth work)
• Strong communication & classroom management skills
• Confidence and adaptability in a school environment
• A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• A genuine passion for supporting students
