Job Description

Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location: Swansea

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £100 - £115 per day

Part time positions available.

Role Overview

The role of a Cover Supervisor does not include planning and preparation, but requires strong communication and classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a class of students aged 11 to 16+.
  • Maintain student engagement and manage classroom behaviour.
  • Flexibly work across different departments and age ranges throughout the school day.
Qualifications
  • Cache Level 2/3 or equivalent experience of 6 months.
  • Confidence in managing classroom dynamics for the specified age range.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
