Milk Education Liverpool is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisor to work across a range of secondary schools in the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and thrives in a fast paced, classroom based role.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring lessons continue smoothly and students remain engaged in their learning.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising classes and delivering pre-set work across various subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
- Supporting students to stay focused, engaged, and on task
- Ensuring a positive and safe learning environment
- Adapting to different subjects and year groups with confidence
- Experience working with young people (school-based or otherwise)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A confident, proactive approach
- Flexibility to work across different settings
- A genuine interest in helping students succeed
