About The Role

The days and hours: This is a zero hours cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.

Hourly Rate - £12.71
Location - Poole, Dorset, BH15 4AB

What You'll Be Doing

• Dedicate your time on site to meet the cleaning specification and client needs.
• Undergo induction at the start of your contract and receive first week training on equipment and procedures.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

• Excited about making a difference.

• Local to the area.
• Basic cleaning experience or ability to be fully trained.
• Physical ability to carry out the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety and communication.
• Good social skills and a smile.
