About The Role 
The job is a zero hours cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites.
No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.
Hourly Rate: £12.71
Location: Crawley, RH10 3JY
What you'll be doing:- Serve clients through high standard of customer care during various shift hours.
- Inducted at start of contract and trained within first week to deliver cleaning specification and use equipment.
- Provide high standard of customer care throughout shift hours.
- Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
- Positive, friendly attitude and excited to make a difference.
- Local to the area.
- Physical ability to carry out the role.
- Basic level of spoken English.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (bring evidence to interview).
- Subject to pre employment screening including Basic DBS and verification of five year employment history.
- Ability to thrive; cleaning experience is a plus but we can train from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach.
