Cover Cleaner

About The Role

This is a zero-hours cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.

Hourly Rate - £12.71

Location: Leicester, LE4 9HX

What you'll be doing

• Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
• Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work on how to deliver cleaning specifications and use equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

• Excited about making a difference.
• Have a positive and friendly attitude.
• Are local to the area.
• Have a basic level of spoken English for safety communication and confidence interacting with the public and management.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Have a right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (though we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
