About The Role

The role is a zero hours Cleaning position, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed and shifts will be offered based on business needs. Applicants should be flexible to accept or decline shifts offered.

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Location: Uxbridge, Greater London, UB8 1JP

What you'll be doing:
  • Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
  • Be inducted at the start of your contract and trained within your first week of work to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
  • Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials.
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times, fully prepared with a clear understanding of what to look out for.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Positive and friendly attitude.
  • Local to the area.
  • Cleaning experience (or willingness to be fully trained from scratch).
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication with the public and management.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
