About The Role

Zero-hour contract for a Cleaning position. Flexible shift coverage required.

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire, PE10 9EG

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment, following training and induction.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care across shift hours.
  • Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials, with full training provided.
  • Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
  • Empty litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain health and safety standards at all times, with full preparation and understanding of hazards.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

  • Attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (training offered).
  • Ability to carry out physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic spoken English for safety and communication.
