About The Role 
Days and hours: Zero hour contract, proposed Monday Friday 08:00-10:00 am.
Hourly rate: £12.71.
Location: Great Totham, Maldon, CM9 8EA.
Atlas FM is recruiting a Cleaner at our client's premises.
What you'll be doing- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
- Inducted at start of contract and trained within first week; learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use equipment.
- Provide high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials; full training provided.
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards and be prepared with full understanding of hazards.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
- Excited about making a difference.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Local to the area.
- Basic spoken English for safety communication.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to carry out physical aspects of the role.
